Greenbush’s Starchicken Shotgun IPA on tap at the O’Hare Hilton. A 3 of 4. Quite good overall -- mostly tropical/grapefruit hop profile and some faint malt sweetness in the nose. Relatively balanced in the body with plenty more hops behind a more powerful bready malt sweetness than I was expecting. Finishes dry and clean.
