Didn’t do the Straight Pose this time because I wanted the golden heel to be visible. A happy belated International Women’s Day to Everyone that believes in Equity for Everybody. Or, as the political left in Germany says: Frauen*kampftag, which literally translates to Women*fightingday. This day is not for giving away flowers as a gift or buying your girlfriend nail polish**. This day is about realizing that we need to appreciate women, those that are read as women, and those that identify as women everyday. This day is about continuing the fight to end gender rules, which affect everybody in a negative way, one way or another. This day is about making the voices of those women* heard who are usually forgotten. **you can still do that, but don’t forget about the rest - being an ally is far more important in the end.
