I think sushi is really healthy as everyday food compared to many other lazy foods. And the great thing os, you can always add more veggies or different meats. Sweet omlett is very easy to make as well ;)
Right? I thought so too. With salmon (which comes from farms) there’s no risk of mercury poisoning; it has all those good omega 3 fats. Avocado is really healthy too, and rice is a better carb than wheat. I don’t exactly like any other veggies with sushi. I have sliced cucumber with it, too, but that’s about it. Doesn’t mean I don’t eat any other fruits and veggies. I often eat cheese with apples or grapes as a late night snack (on average, I eat one apple a day), and I also eat cherry tomatoes.
I could try the omelette some time though.
