thx for the links. been seeing stuff here & twitter and been wanting to watch. it sounds like its a bit like degrassi junior hgh and degrassi high was in the early 90s - showing more realistic teen issues and relationships than other shows. haha i am old :D

hrm. kinda? degrassi always had a manufactured, over-the-top drama quality to it (for me) though. they took relatable story lines and then exaggerated them to enlarge the conflict and so, yeah, it always had a little bit of melodramatic flair to it to qualify it for our small screens and skam is just... i’ve been through or watched people i know go through exactly a lot of the experiences depicted in it. (which maybe could finally happen since this is made for even smaller screens, hah.) degrassi i could empathize with the nugget of the idea but then it would always get blown out of my reality by the end of it. so, like a much better, less ratings-driven version of degrassi imo.

There will be at least four more sterek arts from me (one for Sterek Secret Santa, one Clark Kent!Derek x The Internship!Stiles, one Superman!Derek w/ fanboy!Stiles, and the last one will be a parting gift to the sterek fandom. I have three more requests sitting in my inbox but idk if I’ll get to them :\) but even though I’m leaving the sterek fandom, so many new artists are joining and are still here, so I know that the fandom will continue to thrive <3

I’m definitely going to keep drawing for the jisaac fandom though (just not on this blog), so thank you so much for staying with me for so long ❤❤❤ It makes me so happy when I realize that my art has brought people into the fandom because that’s a big reason of why I draw <3

i genuinely think that... my emotions might be... going offline or something? because like. um. all the tags and reblogs and comments and asks were like: OMG, PAIN. and my reaction was pretty much ???? so yeah. i did not even register that. at all. and usually when i write pain-y things, i have to get into a pain-y headspace but this time i was just like: haha, they fell out the tub, friggin’ nerds.

i mean, it is meant to be kind of... desolate, i see that now looking at it and it was my intention because break-up + sad lonely stiles + radio silence derek = totally, purposefully frowny-face making, but i sort of forgot that that was the off-shoot of what i was writing, if that makes sense? like the brain had no idea what the fingers were doing ‘cause it was: SUPER SAD fingers-wise but then brain-wise it was like: people eating bees [sniggers] so right, point being: i might be emotionally broken.

i’m going to turn this into a superpower, since that radioactive spider bite thing never shook out.
