Life Stages CAS Challenge: Parista Edition

So I was tagged by the amazing @queenofvraquin and it has taken a couple days to put this together because I couldn’t simply do it in CAS. Only the Tot and Kid pictures were taken in CAS because Callie’s hair glitched every time I went in world. The rest of the pictures are below the cut, but I am tagging @llamasimlish, @frizzyfruitydrink, and @gillysims.

Note: This is AU Parista. Story Paris is probably 7-8 years older than Callie so the child/teen pictures would’ve been impossible.

RQOTD: If your character could rename themselves, what name would they choose? And/or do they have names picked out for their future children? What are they?

Rusty absolutely hates his name. Who names a child after damaged metal with structural integrity issues?! The fact that it is a family name doesn't help. Rusty doesn't have a clue what he would pick if he changed it. He does think about it occasionally but if he tried to talk it through with O or the others they're always like "But Rusty is Rusty" and it never gets anywhere.

He absolutely had all the names of their kids picked out. O doesn't know that, but there is a full list of names for their children. Lots of flowery names for the girls. Rusty named Azalea, of course. He may have been talking about names with Callie when they were still hiding the pregnancy from her parents and Callie loved the name too, so it stuck (this is why none of Callie's other kids have flower names, because it's a Rusty thing).

Casting Call

Hey, so I might need some college age background berries for gen 2 still, and was wondering if some of my followers might want to submit some. It can be existing characters or new creation just be aware of a few things: they may just be standing in the background, they might be friends with a character, or their is a very real chance they could be a one night stand for Orion or Drift (or one of the others) - my boys are cute not smart when it comes to relationships. If you submit a sim I am assuming that it’s okay for them to be temporary love interests (if you really want a character to be in it but just as a friend or in the background leave it in the notes section).

In particular i need boys -- specifically gay and bi boys. Having more girls is fine too, but I am just somehow short on boys. Nonbinary and trans sims welcome too. ANY color or color combo you want (yes even peach or purple).

Details and submission info below the cut. Deadline 7/9, but since I am currently “filming” Gen 2 the sooner you submit the sooner they appear and the more likely they are to be characters.

Here are the details:

Skin: can be Noodles Sorbet, Historian, Scientist, or Jewl skintones,

Eyes: I use Noodles Clarity Eyes and Ancenth’s 2pm eyes and have them in sorbets, historian, and scientist, but will match the color to get close to what you assigned if you use different eyes.

Hair: EA 18 (or 24 or whatever it is now), preferably EA hair (if you are submitting an existing sim include the links to important cc like hair and I will either download it or get as close to it as I can).

Skin details: I have all of Simandy’s  body blushes so you can use those, and I always am on the look out for new freckles. In general though I will add skin overlays, body blush, and point ears and teeth since I have that stuff in game that I know works in my game.

Clothes: no cc please, one outfit for each category (I may add more myself)

Warning: if you are using cc beyond what I mentioned keep in mind that I only use things in game with a package size below 6mb so if there was a large file I might swap it for something similar that won’t break my game.

I have all the EP’s and GP’s except Get Famous and Paranormal. For SP’s I have: tiny living, movie hangout, tot, kids, backyard, laundry, knitting, kitchen, and probably something else I am forgetting.

Alright so obviously I missed the CAS part of @someone-elsa‘s Life Stages CAS Challenge, and it turned it to something else entirely. Starting April 5th my theme for the month will be Love Through the Years, and each week will be a different life stage. Orion is a great cook -- like already cooks gourmet food as a freshman. Haven not so much. Luckily it's not hard to convince Orion to cook, so the friend group all basically lives off his cooking. It's basically how Haven survives.
