A new shop opened in a nighttime market. It was a fortune telling shop called "The Starry-eyed Crow's Nest." The owner was a stranger named Tu, who was known for their brown robes and feather cloak. One night, as they were lighting the candles, a costumer walked in, throwing the door wide open. "O oh hello! My, you came in sudden. Here for a reading?" They sat down as they tried to identify their costumer. "Pardon me, but may I call you sir or ma'am? Or something else?"

“Uh…” Rory looked around the shop, unsure of if they have really chosen the right place to come to, if they’d be able to get the help they wanted. But they took a deep breath, inhaling the calming scent of the candles, and started talking.

Gamaliel's opinion of Pyrite if the two ever encountered each other?

to cut it short: it would be awkward!

gamaliel has never seen a machine before, let alone know they can be sentient. and because of the height difference gamma has to crouch to get on “eye level” lol

gamaliel would be … condescending to say the least, entirely by accident from not knowing at all how to socialise ( being overly curious and asking too many questions)

pyrite wouldn’t like that at all (she hates any kind of patronisation lol)

oh and

Idea that. After the death of the Council, Gamaliel goes into Hell and can speak to it (Hell) and they have a sort of . Begrudging “‘“friendship””” (Gamaliel keeps it entertained to keep it at bay, and Hell takes a liking to them. It’s not so much a friendship as a agreement?)

Hell. Likes to take machines apart and play with them. And tells Gamaliel all about this whether they like it or not.

So Gamaliel would have a …kinda off first idea on what machines are too (and feel a little bit of dread upon meeting Pyrite because of that )

no, but it is hyper vigilant and over-observant, and really fucking fast

Does Gamaliel regret building the flesh prisons, or would they gladly do it again? And, furthermore, what do they think of the council?

ah its complicated

their life was so void of freedom and agency that the flesh prisons are really all they have to be proud of — these great constructs mighty enough to hold prime souls — but they were still Used by the Council to make them for the Council’s own benefit, But ALSO if the prime souls are not locked up, the angels are all in danger.

BUT also. When creating the Prisons, Gamaliel is not exactly very aware on who the faceless, nameless people they are assisting to imprison Are. The Council blinds them so successfully that the humans who dared challenge Heaven’s rule are just that. Traitors, locked away before they could harm the angels.

learning about the prisoners might create sympathy, which could turn to conspiracy and betrayal (can’t have that)

Gamaliel doesn’t get to know the truth until they are free, the council is dead and they can finally learn who these faceless people they helped lock up Are

And just because they were forced to make the Prisons doesn’t free them from blame being placed on them which is justified but also not

Some people (maybe a certain Sisyphusprime) will never forgive them, which they do understand (they don’t really forgive themself either).

Oh an For theCouncil its like

Has Michael met any of your other OCs while lucid? If not, has he met any of them at all?

In Heaven, he definitely knew Gamaliel due to both of their connections with God

He probably knew Yuriel too but they weren't close

But after falling into Hell, after millenia he is found by Gamaliel whose sarkamancy allows them to communicate with him (and Hell itself) whenever

Maybe on a very unlucky day, he wakes up to find W standing on his legs, tapping on his helmet and being disappointed that he isn't dead

that would be in his mind near the end of the thought loop he has when lucid

when he starts to doubt everything, even his unfaltering faith in God, his efficiency at performing every task he's assigned.

was there a reason why no one came for him? was God wrong? that couldn't be possible

Has Pyrite ever ridden on the Ferryman's Cruise Ship?

maybe post v2's death, hypothetically v1 doesn't kill the ferryman and the leviathan doesn't sink the ship pyrite just. goes there to sulk think
