What do you make of the massive towers around Subcon in the skybox? You have a pristine white tower, with a blue flame, that towers over the icy area (It's actually visible through a crack in the icy dome over Vanessa's home). You have another tower thats covered in vines and thorns with an orange flame. Finally you have a tower that's been sliced at a high angle, leaving only stark black along the cut. Notably these aren't visible from space, though they should be. (Sorry for long ask!)

(no need to apologize!) Well, I know that they’re holdovers from the cut subcon storyline, with the towers you mentioned representing Vanessa, Snatcher, and Moonjumper, respectively. So technically they have no meaning in the finished game and don’t serve any purpose, but if I had to take a guess at what their intended purpose was? hmm... I’d say maybe lighthouses of some sort? that’s kind of what they look like to me at least, and the flames do kinda imply that,,

Actually scratch that- I just had a thought! what if they were like, goals in what’s basically a giant game of Capture The Flag? Picture it, each ruler of subcon has a set territory, and they’re trying to take over the other two’s territory, and they can do that by claiming the flame of someone else’s tower or whatever

also since you mentioned it, I got a rather nice shot of Vanessa’s tower through the dome recently!
