so i've been stressing a lot lately! any tips on ways to relax?
hi there! c:oh gosh I’m really bad at tips/advice, but hopefully this will help you ^^for me, I usually like listening to calm music whenever I’m stressed. I sometimes just lay in bed with my eyes closed listening to music. whenever I want to listen to calm/relaxing music, I usually listen to this or anything with a piano in it, I find it pretty calming. c:another thing I do when I’m stressed is read ^^ I don’t really know a lot of good books because I usually read fanfictions online ;; but it does help c: it really calms me down~I personally think getting some fresh air will help! even if it’s just a little walk around your neighborhood, or to a store/park/etc, it’s good to get fresh air. not only that but it’ll take your mind off of things!you could also take a relaxing bath ^^ I like putting bath bombs in as well, but you don’t have to! relaxing in warm water is always nice :)last but not least, remember to drink lots of water c: it’s important to stay hydrated~ also I, for some reason, eat fruit when I’m stressed because I feel refreshed after c:I’m sorry if this didn’t help, I’m not that great at advice, but I hope whatever you’re stressing about ends soon!
