Slappy isn't the 2nd Peter Lorre fish. He's the 3rd.

The true 2nd Peter Lorre fish is the Staring Herring from the Beany and Cecil Show.

Fun fact: in the Patrick Star Show, Patrick's parents names are Bunny and Cecil (they replaced his og parents if ur wondering) their current names are a reference to The Beany and Cecil Show.

And just like The Beany and Cecil Show, they have their own Peter Lorre fish!
