So recently I started going to the gym, have been watching what I eat, and gave up drinking soda but I still can't seem to give up coffee. My gynocologist said that both coffee and soda is bad for you but then I hear that coffee prevents cancer and whatnot. I'm just wondering if it's okay for me to still drink coffee? Even though I'm trying hard with everything else. Thank you. (:

I think it's okay to still drink coffee, just watch what you put in it every morning. The coffee isn't so bad itself, it's all the sugar and creamers everyone throws in there that makes it bad. Try drinking it with just cinnamon and some unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Or Stevia is awesome to put in there as a zero sugar sweetener! I love coffee, I drink it every morning
