It doesn't help you any that Sharon (Steve's previous love interest) has now been killed off by Rick Remender and Pepper (the most recent of love interests in Fractions run) in the current arc of Iron Man (written by Kieron Gillen) is now engaged to a random NPC insurance salesperson. (oh, and Tony's face after sleeping with Gamora in GOTG was... traumatised? After sleeping with one of the hottest women in the galaxy? Come on Tony~) 

Essentially theyre both single and all you seem to see them doing ever since Tony saved Steve after being in Wakanda for so long, is spending time together. Literally all theyre doing is "Sparring" and "Working"

That accent on the 'Working' is enough to reassure me that they are in fact - Banging in the office.
