Exactly one year ago today, I saw Muse for the first time ever.

The whole day was such a great experience, and one I won’t ever forget. Whilst at the gig, I don’t think I’d ever felt happier- I was lost in the music and the atmosphere. My favourite band were actually there, in front of me, not on a tv screen or through some speakers. They exist and I couldn't be more grateful for everything they’ve done for me and how much joy they bring me. To finally see them live was a dream come true. You can see my before and after pictures- the pure happiness on my face before and the mascara stains on my face once I got home. I cried throughout the whole concert- and I don’t regret it one bit.

Thank you Muse for being so fucking awesome. I love you boys, and I hope you come back soon.

I have lots of family visiting today, so I thought i'd wear my 50's dress! I love it so much- I feel it would also be a great 50's style Rapunzel dress!

I usually tend to favour dark colours more! •Pets: I have a dog named Klay at home, but when I’m at uni I have an aloe vera plant named Colin and I love them both equally. •Last song I listened to: Overture from The Phantom of The Opera 25th Anniversary Performance, because this musical is pretty much my life now. •Favourite TV Show(s): SHERLOCK duh, Once Upon A Time, Victoria, Community, Miranda, ... uhm if I think of more I’ll let you know! :D •First Fandom: From a young age I have been a Take That fan, so I would say that was my first fandom, although I wasn’t part of any fan things- I just had posters and watched endless YouTube videos... and then along came the Hunger Games books... •Hobbies: Cosplaying is one of my main ones, I also love to write (currently working on a novel but just for fun), making videos & films, jamming to music of course, reading is also something I definitely do a lot... •Favourite band: Muse of course! But Take That are a close second :) •Books I’m currently reading: The Hound of The Baskervilles by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and I’m also rereading my favourite book series again called the Grey Wolves Series by Quinn Loftis, and i’m reading the 5th book in the series called Beyond The Veil. •Favourite Book(s): As I said above, the Grey Wolves series is my favourite book series, but I have to admit one of my favourites now is A Study in Scarlet by Arthur Conan Doyle... but it’s too hard to pick favourites- so far all of the books I have read have been good! •Worst thing you’ve ever eaten: I honestly have no idea... I don’t really want to think about it! :O •Favourite place: There’s a river that’s right in the centre of the city I’m at for university and when you walk by the river it’s as if you’re not in a city at all, it’s so calm and quiet. I love sitting there in the early morning when I need to get away from life- I buy a large cup of tea from Costa on my way there and also bring my ebooks or one of the books I brought with me from home, and I find so much peace from sitting by the river and listening to the sounds of nature around me.

One of my other favourite places is my study back at home as it’s full of my cosplay pieces, costumes, and sewing and it just brings me happiness to see all of my costumes!
