The Eagle has landed #apollo50 🚀🌝 #nasa #nasasocial My favorite Apollo missions are Apollo 8 (first time humans were captured into the orbit of another heavenly body, the moon), Apollo 11 (the first men on the moon), and Apollo 15 (when they broadcasted on tv a feather and a hammer falling and hitting the surface of the moon at the same time, validating Galileo’s theory that objects fall at the same rate in a vacuum.
