StarOp is very much the "I can Fix Him"/"I can Make him Worse" but personally I love it when Optimus will entertain Starscreams (nonlethal) antics, especially when in a "Starscream Joins the Autobots" scenario.
Starscream wants to lead the Autobots? Okay- prove it. Here's a sticker reading "Prime for the Day". Everyone will give you no small amount of hell and a shit ton paperwork and theres a high chance of someone bringing home a human and will insist they can take care of it.
