so here is the guy!!! i absolutely suck at brawl stars art style so you are getting only my funny design. imagine him to be a part of starr hub trio since he was spreading starr park propaganda and working as a host at WKBRL radio sounds very important. but later, after his live crash out he joins S.P.U.D.E., which i believe are the people that got him to release something is very wrong in the first place.
