A rough concept for a Slasher Story When Scarlet meets a Slasher dressed as a surreal character calling himself Starry Lycan. When the six foot Starry Lycan asks her if she would like to be best friends. In that moment, Scarlet's fate was pretty much decided as she reluctantly accepts. Soon, Scarlet is going to realize how deep the magical twinkling friendship will go with Starry Lcyan and who the man beneath the character is that goes by Thorn.
