Hey! I just read your about page and wanted to say hi as a fellow History major! But I was wondering in the Chiaroscuro universe if Kageyama is pure darkness, will Hinata be full light and balance him out?

hello hello! ah that is really exciting i hope you enjoy your major! :’)

so hinata’s magic was hinted at the first time he appeared in curiosity kills, and i can say without giving away too much that he is, in fact, coming back and will play a large role in the third story. (also i think my shipping preferences are pretty obvious from my blog, and i don’t think any of the pairings so far have really been a surprise.) the real question, i think, is what hinata is, in terms of the worldbuild, but i think that’s also guessable if you think about who the pov characters are and what their roles are. 

we do know that there is a completely light guardian, because they’ve been referred to repeatedly! but i will say that the general guardian-wielder pairing rule holds true, and there’s only one pairing that involves multiple guardians and it isn’t one involving kageyama. 

i’m no sure if that answers your question comprehensively or not, but basically you’re on the right track!

Um I fell so in love with this one... It's not too angsty and heartwrenching and there's two make out scenes but that's it. I don't even know how to describe it... It's beyond. My friend not in fandom loved it too . I'm sure tho you've Read it already. The Courtship ritual of the Hercules beetle. Otherwise there's the matsuri fic by suggestivescribe.

I almost caught a Snorlax today and ran out of pokeballs for the first time... I was so upset. But I'm in love with my dratini! Also I live right across from a pokestop and there are cars there pulling in and out all the time-it makes it hard to sleep!

OH MY GOD I’VE WANTED A SNORLAX SO BAD I’VE NEVER EVEN SEEN ONE???? Ahhhhhh I don’t have a dratini either!!! My brother’s been chasing that one for days too!!! Omg how lucky though I’d be going across the street all the time lmao

I agree with you about hinata. This is his chance to see where he really stands amongst his age range with out Kageyama. I don't think he should have snuck in but if they let him play I think it's really going to help him grow. Likewise with Kageyama. I think having that invite is going to show him how to work with others. It's only been not even a year that he's been playing (truly playing) with a team. How will he fare without hinata who is as crazy as him (per oikawa)? being apart is good :)

I really liked “being apart is good” because that was also the whole point of what Hinata and Kageyama fought over in the previous training camp too right? They want to be strong without each other and show their individual worth rather than being grouped together. This is quite literally putting them apart so that they can’t rely on each other at all, so it’s definitely good for them!! It’ll help them both grow in their own way!!!

I would say live farther out and commute, or have a ton of roommates in a small space. :( It’s crazy expensive!

I think it also depends on pure luck and the field you can find work in. It is expensive, I see sums that leave my poor brain confused. So many 0s.
