Hogwart's Verse

He set some papers aside for the professor, rubbing his face tiredly as he looked around the empty classroom. It was still early, so there was no real reason he needed to be there - save for the fact that he had set up this little meet and greet session for students who were having problems with their exams and exam preparation. 

None had come to his little meet and greet, which didn't bother him that much. It was hardly unexpected. Though well liked, people didn't like hanging around him one on one because of his condition. Made them edgy.

Bruce was perfectly happy with how far he had come, so, settling down at the desk, he flicked open his marking guidelines and began to jot down small marks against the students answers. Yes he was a student himself, but he had excelled so well in his classes that he became somewhat of a teachers assistant during classes and outside of them. He got to use the staffroom when necessary, had a small office (which was more of a broom cupboard than anything, but satisfied his need) and he was able to have glances at papers to help people who were struggling.

All in all, being good at his grades had cut him a pretty sweet deal.

"Before you enter," He said, hearing the door squeak. "You should know that bringing me tea will significantly enhance my desire to help you," He glanced up with a smile. "Hello."

Girls Day Out

It was such a perfect day and she couldn't imagine being cooped up inside. So she'd dragged Jane with her. The marketplace was a perfect day trip away from the boys so they could still enjoy the beauty of the excellent weather. Just two sisters strolling around Asgard's best market. Val nibbled a traditional baked treat and idly admired some pretty purple flowers for sale. Val couldn't help a small grin at the happily pregnant Jane in Aesir clothes. "I'm glad you can come with me, it would have been so boring without you." Val looped her arm through Jane's and laughs. "But I have another surprise. We are going to Vanaheim to the best market in all the realms and then we're going to a spa and spending the night there." Val used the closest equivalent words for Jane but it was a little bit better than just a spa. "What do you think? You wanna come with?" Val asked, hopeful and excited.

Narvi put her feet in the relatively clean river running through the park, her pants pulled up to her knees so they would not get wet. She had always had a liking for the water, and she did not know of a near by ocean... her preferred ecosystem. Looking to her side she saw a brown haired woman. "Good afternoon." She smiled. "Am I in the way? I can move if you would like."
