The brunette ignored the warnings, putting the cigarette to her lips and taking a sharp inhale. The burn felt good. She watched as her friend rolled their eyes, a smug smirk creeping onto her lips. Who were they to tell her what to do. “Can you calm down?” She breathed out, smoke flowing from her lips. “It’s not like I’m making you smoke one.” But maybe her friend was right, she hadn’t had one in so long. She had been so good. And just maybe there was a twinge of guilt as she took another drag.
