My character has amnesia, and can't remember anyone or themselves. Send, "Remember me?" for their reaction.

The room is quiet, because that’s the only way Scott doesn’t get upset these days. Anything too overly loud crowded with too many people that he doesn’t know is upsetting, makes it harder to try to think. He’s sitting cross-legged on the bed, the other across from him and at first, at his question, Scott refuses to answer. Instead, he clamps his hands over his ears, like maybe he can pretend he didn’t hear it, because he doesn’t want to answer.Moments pass, face screwing up in something like upset. “...I don’t wanna make you sad again,” he says finally, quietly. Because he remembers some things, knows this other person in front of him is important to him in some way, knows that it hurts him when Scott doesn’t remember. “...I’m sorry.”
