Apparently since appearing on Wil Wheaton's Tabletop show on YouTube, Fluxx has had the money to afford licenses. So instead of just generic/public domain themes like Star Fluxx, Zombie Fluxx and Cthulhu Fluxx, you can now buy and play Marvel Flux, Jumanji Fluxx and at least 2 Star Trek Fluxxs based on The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. While playing Star Fluxx it was fairly easy to pick out the references to Star Trek, Star Wars and Doctor Who.
