Hello so we have POTS and other disabilities, and showering is a really hard task. If anyone had any tips of ways we could try and make it easier they would be appreciated. We struggle with standing up for long periods of time and we struggle with washing our hair. Our hands go numb with how long they are up or they get an uncomfortable painful feeling that’s hard to describe. We commonly take cold showers, for multiple different reasons. One being that hot water makes us lightheaded and dizzy. We will commonly have to get up then sit down then get up then sit down and repeat that while showering. Which isn’t good for us.

If you don’t know anyway to help that’s ok, it’s worth asking tho.
