We ended our “work” in Berlin visiting a former prison in what was East Berlin that was run by the Stasi, East Germany’s State Secret Service. Visited 4 very unique museums today. 1-3: East Side Gallery--murals painted on remaining parts of Berlin Wall; 4-5: Ramones Museum housed in a bar owned by a collector; 6-8: the only David Hasslehoff museum in the world; 9-10: Stasi Museum, highlighting the terrors of life in East Germany. Very informative experience. As these two photos show, they hooked them when they were young.
