Yes, this is exactly what came on my mind as well - what if the italian stalkers know about Louis all the time but can’t reveal it because a) can’t out H (and Louis as well), b) they are in denial that they don’t have a chance with H so they won’t aknowledge Louis is with him, you know, to not hurt gf harries feelings lol. But more likely if they are tipped on the purpose where H is some of the times, in exchange they just have to keep it secret Louis is with him. Or they are tipped where H is in advance so Louis is never with him.

I think all of the above is possible. And, again, IIRC the London Stalker Crew kept the secret that they’d see H and Louis together, because they didn’t want to lose access. And I’m sure some didn’t want to acknowledge Larry, either.
