T25 Beta (Week 1): Core Cardio

Starting over, day one, week one. Today Core Cardio was much smoother at least through that first half and I made it a little further through at a really awesome pace but those lunge progressions really make me work and wear me out. I worked though them pretty well this time but it left me drained for the exercises after them  so unfortunately I can't say I nailed this workout yet. However, I am getting closer just not quite there, but I have time and I am getting stronger by the week.

Stat day and I didn't gain any pounds on the scale this week which reverses a three week trend. I know I am not supposed to obsess over the scale but it can be hard. It was also picture time this weekend so I compared the before and after beta cycle and added lift days and I could see some slight changes in pretty much my entire upper body which is nice. Not huge differences, but when you thing about it what's 5 weeks? Nothing, So I am happy that I able to see any changes at all. In all honesty I got just a bit depressed because I just have so far to go and I  already worked so hard, it just gets frustrating because I want to be further along. Then I compared my first picture in 2013 until now and holy shit! What an amazing difference, I look like a completely different person and it showed just how far I have really come and it put things in perspective. Then I decided to take some pictured flexed and DAMN! I found where a lot of those "pounds" are. I have muscles now! I just have to stay positive and keep pushing the changes are pretty amazing after just about 4 weeks of lifting.
