FOCUS T25 DAY 9: CARDIO

I felt so much stronger this week than I did last week, obviously there’s no visual change, but honestly I’m just trying to not hate myself as much as I do & this is what works the best. I wish I could push past my thoughts of self hate, but sometimes they’re just so LOUD. So here’s to me, here’s to my health, & taking charge instead of just wallowing. Let’s fucking DIG DEEPER

Mandatory post-workout selfies

Yesterday I was telling Eric how I was bummed that my body wasn't really feeling the ramifications of our workout like his was. Well, my body listened and did not want to disappoint today! I was midway through and already felt my arms would be feeling it the rest of the day. Two hours later (since it's taken me that long to post this), it is still true. It feels pretty awesome though 🙂

I gave birth with no meds. I said my pain was an 8/10 on the pain scale.

This is almost worse. RIP IT OUT. I DON'T NEED IT ANYMORE.

T25 alpha results. I have loose skin already collecting around my stomach but that’s to be expected. Pretty happy so far though. Onto T25 beta tomorrow!

Workout - done!

My husband and I did T25 Speed 1.0. The T25 program is really growing on me. The Cardio is challenging but not too crazy. Also, Shaun is so motivating and I love how he says instructions so rhythmically.
