Peters Township completes PIHL run with state championship title. Cinderella sweep: PT savors PIHL, state titles
2 days, 4 games of soccer at state titles. What a crazy weekend. Love this team to bits, what an effort we all put in to get runners up (drawing in the final 1-1 but losing on goal difference). We had broken ankles, broken toes (see my "Blackie Chan" toe above), torn calves and quads but we managed to keep our heads up and without any subs, achieve what we did. Amazing. And as a cheeky bonus, 4 of us got scouted for the QLD Rep team. Sydney tour, here we come! ⚽️💪🏼😍

I just realised that in a weeks time, I will either have qualified to go to the NAS Nationals in the Gold Coast, or be sitting at home, miserable after an unsuccessful weekend of competition.
