Odd question: You know how humans and other fleshy entities react(have reactions) to the little static shocks , do such things exist with Cybertronians? If so how do they react?

I remember getting zapped by my glass TV screen back in the day every morning. I'd put my finger against it and zzzt! (Blame the socks + Carpet)

How would a Cybertronian generate static of that nature and how would they deal with getting 'zapped'? (if they do at all)
