Announcing the new project homepage in FIVE - construction contract administration software for architects and engineers. See automatically generated summaries, dashboard, and charts. The new keyword search feature is a powerful feature that highlights the benefits of our database driven approach.
We recommended watching the video full-screen in HD mode (click the gear icon in the embedded video player, and then click 720P or 1080P, then click the full-screen icon).

What are we working on right now?
We've almost completed a new document queuing feature that will save you a lot of time when you are using FIVE to package multiple forms and reports into a single PDF file.
A new Queue button has been added to the form and report export windows, that will add the current document to the document queue. When you are done queuing documents, you can print, e-mail or export them as a single PDF file from the Document Queue tab.
The document queuing feature will be available as part of the next automatic update.
We're also working on a new Project tab that will eventually replace the Dashboard tab. It includes a new, leaner dashboard, a separate printable project summary page, separate printable chart pages and new summary reports.
The new Project tab will be available soon as a beta feature in an upcoming release.
What are we working on right now?
We're adding the ability to copy & move attachments between tabs in FIVE.
This will improve your productivity by allowing you to quickly shift a linked document (for example a site photo or sketch) from one item such as a Change Notice to another related item such as a Change Order.
We're also adding the ability to directly attach a FIVE generated document (such as a report or form) to another line item in the project database. For example, if you create a progress report on the Contracts tab, you can attach it directly to the most recently issued Certificate for Payment without having to save the file locally and then manually attach it.
These new features will be part of the next update which will be announced soon.
