Curry 🐓 recipe update: - Reduced the amount of coke (lol yes there’s coke in this) - Used coconut milk instead of milk to thicken the sauce - Used a different brand of curry powder. ところで #GeoProduct #ジオプロダクト の鍋で #こねないパン ちょびイースト長時間発酵を作って #Staub と比べてみたい。熱伝導すごく良いから。 今日のこねないパンもやっぱりもうちょい二次発酵した方が良かったな。なぜ待てないのかワタシ。 でも美味い。 水うっかり多めででろでろん。鍋に入れる時でろりん縁に付いてしまった。 #castironpot #staubcocotte #staubcocotte16cm #鋳物
