Have you ever considered how Cody and Anakin are both described as “suns”.

Cody for his stability, his loyalty, his companionship. He is a glorious warrior, respected by all, admirable, just, and strong beyond measure.

Anakin for his power, how brightly he shines. The force’s child; the chosen one. Blinding, too strong, too much.

It’s no wonder why Obi-wan decided to spend the rest of his life on the planet with two suns.

One of my favourite aspects of jangobi is the fact that Anakin and Boba would HATE their relationship.

Jango is the greatest enemy (aside from the sith of course) to the Jedi, and his presence puts Obi-wan in danger. Jango doesn’t soften his words and tells it as it is, he is rude and he is disrespectful. Anakin doesn’t like him (even though he has a lot in common with Jango…or maybe because they have so much in common)

Obi-wan is a Jedi, and Boba has been taught never to trust a Jedi. Obi-wan is talkative, cocky, and seemingly unafraid of Boba’s buir…he is not to be trusted. (He also smells weird)

Anakin and Boba also likely wouldn’t like eachother…and I find the image absolutely hilarious.

I LOVE any de-aged Obi-wan AUs specifically for the purpose of fixing the version of Obi-wan that Anakin has created in his mind.

Anakin seems to think of Obi-wan as this “perfect jedi” and Anakin believes that he’ll never be as “perfect” as Obi-wan is

But seeing Obi at (any) younger phase of his life would show Anakin just how wrong he is.

Initiate Obi-wan: uncontrolled visions/dreams, (a bit) hostile, ready to fight

11y/o Obi-wan: unwanted by jedi masters, sent to AgriCorps, kidnapped and sold into slavery, absolutely zero self-preservation skills

13y/o Obi-wan: LEFT THE JEDI in order to do what he feels is right

14+y/o Obi-wan: low self-esteem, sarcastic, desperate for affection, very judgmental, always feels like a failure

…it would blow Anakin’s mind to see his master like that
