These keto grilled steak rolls are a tasty low-carb meal choice because they are filled with flavorful vegetables and topped with a tangy balsamic vinegar sauce.
Ingredients: 4 thinly sliced sirloin steaks. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup spinach leaves. Toothpicks.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the sirloin steaks. Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and erythritol should all be mixed together in a small saucepan. It will take about 10 minutes of cooking on medium heat until the sauce gets thick. Put away. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. It will take about 5 minutes of cooking the bell pepper and onion until they get soft. It's time to cook the spinach. Take it off the heat. Place a generous amount of the vegetable mix on one end of each sirloin steak. Roll the steaks up and use toothpicks to hold them together. Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. Grill the steak rolls for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Use the vinegar-glazed sauce that you made to brush the grilled steak rolls. Warm up and serve.
