I spend an inordinate amount of time lurking in the bushes taking photos — usually in some embarrassingly prone position photographing flowers or last night's smokey sky. During yesterday's bushwhack, I had to move quickly to capture the rapidly changing light — second by second the sky was shifting in colour and mood ... . Walking home in twilight's dying light, I noticed everyone on the path had an unnervingly large smile 😁. Had the entire world had gone mad — finally — it feels like the world is completely insane right now ... . It was only when I got home did it all make sense. A small branch of fall-coloured foliage was caught in my hair — like some kind of fanciful facinator made out of autumn leaves 🤦🏽♀️ ... .
