Steam has updated the community Award system so that it no longer gives users Steam Points. I think it's a deeply stupid update and end up talking a little on "toxic positivity" and censorship as well.

Allow people to upload animated display pictures as long as they pay Steam points that's a bit more than the premade ones to avoid people using it as a go-around and to give it a unique likelihood of Steam considering it
