Pork Fillet with Steamed Spinach Recipe | Super Easy Simple Mountain Cui...
Recipe: Oven Baked Chicken
I think I'll get into the habit of posting my recipes <3
Simple Oven Baked Chicken
What You Need:
Chicken (legs, thighs, breasts - whatever you like, just not a whole chicken)
Vegetable oil
Spices: garlic salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, paprika
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a glass baking pan, pour a little bit of vegetable oil. Add chicken pieces. Cover chicken pieces in vegetable oil. Add spices until all chicken pieces have some (feel free to be generous). When oven is ready, put chicken in to bake for about 30 mins. When ready, let it cool on the counter for 5 mins. Then serve and enjoy.
Optional: Sometimes I like to have some BBQ sauce to dip the chicken in. The combination of spices and sauce makes it really tasty.
How about a side?
Microwave Steamed Spinach
Please note: this only works if you have fresh spinach. For frozen or canned, follow the directions on the packaging.
What You Need:
Fresh Spinach
a big microwaveable bowl
water
1/4 stick of butter
spices: salt
Wash your spinach well before placing in bowl. Add water to bowl until most of the spinach is covered. Add 1/4 stick of butter and salt to taste. Cover with a damp paper towel and put it in the microwave. Set the microwave to cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. When down, stir well, let cool, and enjoy.
