I am pretty sure Phantom of the Opera is my favorite musical tbh. When I was younger I watched it a lot and I never really understood why the hell he (phantom) kidnapped Christine and I gave up watching it. Until late 2013 my friend and I had chinese and watched phantom and I was like OH HEY I REMEMBER THIS MOVIE. Then before I graduated high school in November I seen a commercial on tv for the new production of Phantom of the Opera in Chicago from Jan 9th- March 2nd and I repeatedly nagged my mom to get tickets and she didn’t then my aunt got tickets in the orchestra seating and I just emotions. But overall I love it because of the unrequited love factor and that he would do anything for Christine even though she didn’t end up with the Phantom (tbh I could go on for hours about this.) And my favorite song would either have to be You Can’t Stop The Beat from Hairspray or America from West Side Story c:
