Not entirely.

My anxiety is peaking to a new high which is causing me to feel like I'm about to throw up.

My depression is kinda kicking my ass atm.

And I have a lot happening outside of the depression and anxiety.

I had to do the same thing not long ago and just call say what the problem is, answer what they have to ask and say when you'd prefer the appointment to be. It's all alright and you'll feel better once it's over

it wasn't as bad as i expected it to be. phone calls are just stressful for me, especially new experience types which i have no script for. it's like being the lead role in the play and only having five minutes to learn your lines before you go onstage haha
