What do you think of the new series on Amazon Prime and their approach on retrofuturism?
I just watched season 1 and was blown away by the enviroment that backs up the great story. It’s not necessarily steampunk, maybe a little bit more of teslapunk (with their take on electricity) and there’s the fantasy aspect, but I think it still matches the aesthetic and the idea of steampunk and retrofuturism:
How would the world be, when at some point, we would’ve gone the other way?
And what can we learn from it today?
It’s a great experimental thought!
