LET'S PUMP SOME MUSIC!
You know, Stecasse King may work on outdated tech and look goofy. But a) he owns it and still makes the best out of it, b) is actually a pretty dangerous opponent and c) has more charisma.
Prometheus on the other hand relies almost entirely on being a "dark reflection of Batman", already limiting his concept, and usually gets overhyped.
Though, it's funny that both got defeated by copying a useless set; Stecasse King got a cassette with outdated info, and Prometheus loaded a cd that gave him the mobility of Stephen Hawking.
