I'm Stede Bonnet (OFMD) and the 50 orange cake was a bid to impress Edward after I told him of a similar cake I had once at a party... I stood over Roach the whole time he was baking like "Don't you think it could use a little more oranges?" So uh. I guess the orange shortage was indeed my fault. Oopsies?

To the Ed that I see around sometimes; every time I see your kinfessions, my stomach does that same little thing it did when I first met you Back Then, on my ship, when I didn't even know you were the infamous Blackbeard and I just had a feeling deep down because I saw something in your eyes that made me trust you in spite of every logical reason I shouldn't have (and trusting you was the best decision I ever made, perhaps rivaled only by the decision to become a pirate in the first place). I always hope that you're doing well, that you're happy, because you have always deserved it. You're almost definitely not the same Ed that I knew, but I have no doubt you were just as brilliant and good-hearted as the one I knew. I just thought you should know.
