"Stefan is an Appalachian Scientist from Flatwoods, born before the war he is roughly in his mid-to-late fourties and spent twenty-five years in Vault 76, He was given entry to the Vault due to his keen knowledge of biology and outstanding scientific scores at Vault-Tec University.

He is well known for his "vigilante" style reverence of the Mothman, carrying an experimental "Photon Scattergun" and aiding people in need."

Ages ago I had a character named Stefan/Timber. He existed mostly in TSW and The Sims, but eventually when TSW died for me I moved onto Beau. But Timber became a character I had in XIV named Suresh...he too did not last, Now Suresh has mutated into Mazun, my Easterling Beast-master in LoTRO.

Born sometime in the 2050s, Stefan Dalca is the only child of Romanian immigrants who fled to the US due to the Resource Wars in Europe and the Middle-East.

He primarily grew up bouncing around between the Boston and DC Areas, but when he turned 18 he decided to setle in Morganville so he could attend Vault-Tec University.

Graduating at the top of his class in biological science, he was granted entry to Vault 76 as one of the many Vault Doctors.

He thankfully made it into the Vault, and spent the next twenty five years of Vault Life tending to peoples wounds, surgeries and even aiding the birth of the first Vault Children.

When the Vault opened in 2102, he was greeted to a decimated wasteland filled with corpses and virulent plagues.

Stefan was greatly wounded and nearly died the first night out of the Vault, cowering in the woods while bleeding out he saw a shadow in the forest….

The shadow was a black blob with luminous violet eyes…the Mothman.

Seeing this as an omen, he followed the creature until he ended up finding the town of Flatwoods which would have the means of his survival…

It's been three or four years going now since the Vault opened.

While much of Stef's chaotic life surrounding science and wasteland survival has died down, he does enjoy the odd excursion into old ruins and facilities.

Nowadays though he spends time with his husband and cat at their cottage outside Summersville.

I have two primary characters in Fallout 76. Stefan is one of the old Vault Doctor's, currently he's somewhere around 50 or 60 but it's likely that Wasteland Mad Science has tampered with him a bit. He worships the Mothman and detests murderous factions.

Beau was born the year the Vault sealed, probably two or three years before Reclamation Day his parents died of medical complications from unknown reasons. He's largely unaffiliated and just helps factions like a neighbour but has a farm near the Big Bend Tunnel and sells his goods to locals.
