My dear I believe Sabo would be a wonderful choice.
You were working on gather intel on the Marines. You were listening in on various people in high ranking positions due to the wonderful bugs that were placed on their den-den mushies. You enjoyed this job. Not for the blackmail, that you could do without, but for the various things you learned that you would otherwise never know. You got to hear details of lands you have never seen. Sometimes one of the Marines told stories and it was difficult to not get lost in them. You were finishing up and going to report to your higher ups the information you gathered. When you opened the door you collided with someone and the papers of intel you were holding flew through the air.
You were so embarrassed. You ran into Sabo of all people. You were about to apologize when a hand appeared in your vision. "Sorry for running into you miss. Here let me help you up and help you collect those papers." All you could do was nod. You let him help you up and both of you went to work collecting the papers. "Did you draw this?" Eh? You turned and looked to see one of your drawing on the back of a report. You were doodling again! You again nodded yes. He gave you a big smile. "It looks amazing."
After that meeting you grew to like him. He was very nice and polite. You smiled just thinking about him. It was your day off so you decided to go to the library. You began reading a book when sleepiness began to take over. Before you knew it you passed out face first in a book in the library. You were working late nights since something big was going on and the Marines had lots of information and didn’t seem to ever sleep. So passing out once you were relaxed was bound to happen.
You were woken up by someone shaking you awake gently by the shoulder. You looked up ready to tell the person off when you see Sabo. You blink you eyes a couple of times and realize the sun had set some time ago. "I take it that was a good book?" You just laughed. “It was good for a pillow at least.” "I’ll have to say that book is a best used for a pillow anyway. Not the worst I have ever read, but not anywhere close to being good either." With that a long conversation was had. You were opening up to him and him to you.
