PRESENTING ILLNESS:
64 years old male patient, with a history of progressive diminution of vision for the past 35 years. Started in both eyes simultaneously. He is able to see only very close to his eyes for the past 7 years. He has consulted multiple ophthalmic surgeons for the same. Medical management / conservative treatment is going on in Switzerland. He underwent stem cell treatment in India in 2023. The patient, his friends, and their daughters wish to undergo stem cell therapy for his problem.
