STEMFLOW MIXING a.k.a. NATURAL SOAP (During dry periods, dust, salts, and acids from the air settle on tree bark. When it rains, the water dissolves these particles and mixes with natural oils in the bark to create a crude soap. As the soapy water flows down the rough bark, agitation creates foam that collects at the base of the tree. This phenomenon is harmless and odorless) - Composition Wednesday
