Theo stayed in Beacon Hills and became some sort of supernatural advisor to BH Police force, usually working with Parrish.
When Stiles decided that the FBI was not the place for him due to its burocracy, he returned back to help his dad protect Beacon Hills.
It was inevitable for Stiles and Theo to end up working together, and although at first, Stiles never missed a chance to state how much he despised the Chimera, things stared to change, the pair got closer and closer.
It was not a shock to anyone when they started dating, although some people were more enthusiastic about it than others...
But they were a perfect team, and Beacon Hills was safe.
The last thing to attack Beacon Hills was some kind of mythological beast. They managed to put it down with the help of some sort of wizard who sucked the energy from the Nemeton. But the wizard apparently perished on the battle.
Stiles discovered that the wizard could be revived if they took the body to the Nemeton, and that’s why the sent his boyfriend and his favourite deputy to do such task. But the plan didn’t go as smoothly as he thought it would.

“What’s the plan?” Jordan asked
“To get out of here” Theo responded.
“How?”
“Are you telling me that you can’t open the cell? Theo said looking at the deputy with a teasing expression
“It’s not a good idea” Jordan allegued.
“We need to put the body in the Nemeton fast, it could be very late when they decide to let us go” Theo protested.
Jordan sighed. He grabbed the bars to try and open them
“You’re not planning a prison break without me, right?” Stiles said entering the room.
“Freaking finally” Theo complained.
“When have I ever failed you” Stiles proclaimed. Jordan smiled.
“Never” Theo said smiling proudly at his boyfriend.
“Come on, let’s bright a wizard back to life” Stiles smirked opening the cell door.
