This is Stephon Clark. He was killed by police in his grandmother’s backyard by police who fired 20 rounds at this unarmed grandson carrying a cell phone while they were searching for a black suspect wearing a dark hoodie. The NY Times analysis showed that 6 of the 7 shots that hit Stephon hit him as he was falling or was already on the ground.
