Two years ago I started my weight loss journey and so far I lost 55kg. I had my excess skin on my stomach removed and in October I'll be doing a thigh lift but before that I'll run two races. A 5k color run and I'll try to run 8 miles I'll prolly won't finish the entire thing running but I'm gonna give it my all. I have been running for 2 years and there's literally nothing in this world that gives me that amazing feeling. post-run high, you know what it is, it's amazing.

Wow, Kimberley, that’s amazing! You’ve obviously worked hard to make such great progress and  get where you are. I’m so glad that you found a passion in running and that it gives you that wonderful, satisfied high. That’s, honestly, one of the best things about any exercise.  Great job!!

#41! I don't really want a promo but can you maybe publish this ask? I'm gonna set a date tomorrow morning for my thigh lift (removing the excess skin on my innerthighs) and I'm looking for pre and/or post op blogs. Maybe some of your followers have done this or know someone who has all in all I'm just looking for some support so they can contact me if they read this! x
