We are consciousness with a DNA Template. This DNA template is geometrical and beyond time and space. The problem is we are locked into our external reality and the illusion of time and this stunts our growth and soul’s evolution in this human vessel. I had my annual physical recently and I thought I’d remind the MG community to be sure to get a check up each year. Know your numbers so you know what to work on or maintain. Too many of my family members and good friends have developed cancer, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, etc. Many of these diseases could have been prevented with a healthy lifestyle or detected early via routine physicals. Many of us wait until a problem arises before we take steps to adopt a healthy lifestyle or speak to a Dr. By this time the problem may have progressed significantly and become much harder to deal with. *** I’ve always worked out and looked good physically (if I say so myself), but a few years ago I learned via a physical my cholesterol was high and later my blood sugar was elevated… the silver bullet for me was adopting a plant based diet. The plant based lifestyle dramatically impacted my numbers. Cholesterol plummeted, blood sugar fell in line with recommended levels, energy levels up overall feel excellent/efficient, etc… *** People say it’s too hard to do. I say step out of the matrix. We’ve been conditioned for so long to eat a certain way and it’s killing us. When your “why” becomes strong enough plant based becomes real easy. I suggest easing into it.
