I finished a 5k this morning. I didn't run it, in fact I only ran the last like three seconds of it. But I finished it. And I know a 5k isn't a lot, but it's a start. And what's even better than this is that is was a 5k for a local domestic abuse shelter. I'm so proud of the groups that put this together for Friendship Home in Lincoln. Thank you so much for this!!
