Good Morning everyone! This post is inspired by one of my favourite yogis ever @colinyogin. I have quite a few new followers lately, and I wanted to shout to you all! Thanks for being here. I consider myself a fat, black yogini with genetic privilege that allows me to do poses like this sometimes. I love teaching yoga, empowerment, body peace and social justice. My goal in this work is to raise social awareness. I use my platform to educate around discrimination, racism, privilege, sexism, racism, fatphobia, homophobia, transphobia and just the shitty things that humanity does to each other and the earth. I know we can do so much better. I believe that yoga is a philosophy that can help find ourselves in each other. We can support empathy, compassion and connection. We can make the world a better place for all of us if we choose love over hate and unity over division and diversity over exclusion! @yogaforall #yogasaves #weareallinthistogether #stepuporstanddown photo credit @andreakillam ps.
